These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website operated by MPSA — Maresquier Partners SA (“Maresquier Partners”, “we”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website.

This website and the opportunities presented on it are intended exclusively for qualified investors (investisseurs qualifiés) and professional investors as defined by applicable French and European regulations. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions. Nothing on this website is intended for, or should be relied upon by, retail investors.
3. Nature of the information — no offer or advice
The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only. Maresquier Partners sources secondary shares in private technology companies and structures transactions through Luxembourg special-purpose vehicles (SCSp, tax-transparent). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise. Maresquier Partners’ services being reserved for qualified and professional investors, consumer-mediation provisions do not apply. In the event of a discrepancy between different language versions, the French version shall prevail.
